Understand how Grow Trusted processes and safeguards personal data in alignment with global privacy regulations like GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.
This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between Grow Trusted ("Processor", "Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us") and the client ("Controller", "Customer", or "you") regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the services provided through https://growtrusted.com.
This DPA is designed to support compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable privacy regulations.
The purpose of this DPA is to define responsibilities for processing personal data, protect customer information, establish security obligations, ensure privacy law compliance, and regulate international data transfers. Key roles include the Controller (who determines processing purposes) and the Processor (Grow Trusted).
Grow Trusted processes personal data solely per documented Controller instructions, contractual obligations, and legal requirements. Personnel are bound by strict confidentiality. We implement robust technical safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption, secure servers, access controls, firewalls, malware protection, and encrypted backups.
Trusted third-party subprocessors (cloud hosts, payment gateways, analytics providers) assist in service delivery under strict contractual obligations. International transfers rely on legal safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses. We reasonably assist Controllers in fulfilling data subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability).
In the event of a confirmed personal data breach, we investigate, contain, and notify controllers without undue delay. Data is retained only as long as necessary for contracted services or legal obligations. For inquiries regarding this DPA, contact support@growtrusted.com.
