04. Services & Project Scope

Grow Trusted provides professional digital services based on the explicitly agreed project scope. Project requirements, timelines, pricing, and deliverables will always be mutually agreed upon before work officially begins.

05. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotations are valid strictly for the period stated within the quotation document.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed.
• Custom project packages are individually priced according to specific client requirements.
• Additional work requested outside the agreed scope will incur separate, extra charges.

06. Payments

Clients agree to clear all applicable fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfers, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and online payment gateways. Failure to make timely payments may lead to a suspension or delay in ongoing services.

07 & 08. Project Timelines & Client Responsibilities

Estimated timelines are provided based on initial information. However, delivery can be impacted by client delays, late content submissions, scope modifications, technical challenges, or force majeure events. Clients are responsible for supplying project details, content, and feedback promptly.

09. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of materials they supply. Grow Trusted retains full ownership of proprietary frameworks, templates, source codes, methodologies, and pre-existing IP. Final deliverable ownership transfers following full payment under the agreed contract.

10 & 11. Third-Party Services & Acceptable Use

Projects may integrate third-party tools (such as hosting, domain registrars, APIs, plugins, and payment gateways). Grow Trusted is not liable for third-party service interruptions or policy alterations. Users agree not to violate laws, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in spam/fraudulent activities.

12 - 14. Confidentiality, Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Both parties agree to uphold strict confidentiality regarding project data. Services are delivered using commercially reasonable care on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Trusted's liability is capped at the specific amount paid by the client for the corresponding service.

15 - 19. Legal Protections, Termination & Governance

Clients agree to indemnify Grow Trusted against misuse claims. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments, security risks, or contract breaches. We are not liable for force majeure events beyond our control. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and these terms are governed by the operational laws of Grow Trusted.
